These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of a SurviveDrive device and the SurviveDrive website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

What you’re buying

A SurviveDrive is a physical device (a USB drive, external hard drive, or Raspberry Pi kit) preloaded with a curated library of reference material, along with the SurviveDrive software used to browse, tag, and search it. You own the physical device you purchase outright.

Content license

The reference library preloaded on your SurviveDrive is licensed for personal and household use. You may not redistribute, resell, or commercially republish the preloaded library content itself. You retain full ownership of any of your own documents or files you add to the device.

Payment, shipping & refunds

All purchases are one-time payments; there is no subscription. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if a SurviveDrive isn’t right for you, contact support@survivedrive.app within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout.

Content accuracy and important limitations

SurviveDrive is a reference library and preparedness tool, not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or security training or advice. We make reasonable efforts to keep the library accurate and useful, but you are responsible for exercising your own judgment, and for seeking professional help when it is available, before acting on any information contained on the device. Use of any information on SurviveDrive is at your own risk.

Warranty on hardware

Physical devices are covered against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of delivery. This does not cover physical damage, water damage, or wear from normal use.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SurviveDrive’s total liability for any claim related to your device, its content, or this website is limited to the amount you paid for your order. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from actions taken based on information contained on the device.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SurviveDrive after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
